SIM cards installed in video surveillance systems:
 - must be issued to an organization (not to an individual),
 - must have a tariff (for modems and routers, not for tablets and smartphones) with sufficient traffic to view videos;
 - must be registered on the State Services portal in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
 If any of the points are not met, the SIM card may be disconnected by the operator at any time.
